MyHobiz Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to MyHobiz! We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below:

  • 1. Pre-Order Deposit (Non-Refundable)

    Deposits made for pre-ordered products are non-refundable. These deposits secure your product reservation and contribute to the production progress with our partners.
  • 2. Payment for Released Products (Non-Refundable)

    Once payment is made for a successfully reserved released product, it becomes non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your order within 1 hour of payment and we haven't processed the reservation, a refund can be issued.
  • 3. Remaining Balance Payment (Pre-Order)

    If you've pre-ordered a product and it is ready for release or shipping within two (2) weeks of notification, you are required to pay the remaining balance and shipping fees. - Failure to settle the remaining balance within two (2) weeks or any stipulated time based on products, will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • 4. Return Policy (Incorrect Item Received)

    In the event of receiving an incorrect item, we will issue a full refund including product and shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • 5. Product Variations and Imperfections

    Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, minor differences and slight imperfections may occur, adding to their uniqueness. Unless product are graded by our certified partners.
  • 6. Defective Products (Post-Assembly)

    Should serious defects be discovered after delivery (such as visible cracks), we will assist you in negotiating with the Seller for a replacement/refund. However, subject to acceptance and/or agreement of the Seller are necessary for this process. Seller decision is final.
  • 7. Broken or Missing Parts

    Notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel if it contains broken or missing parts. Please provide photographic/video evidence of the issue.
  • 8. No Exchange, Refund, or Cancellation

    We do not accept requests for product exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. All sales are considered final once payment is processed.
  • 9. Shipping Address Responsibility

    Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address during checkout. MyHobiz will use the address provided on the website for delivery purposes.
  • 10. Tax and Customs

    Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and related fees in their country.
  • 11. Return Shipping

    For items returned due to receiving an incorrect item, buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • 12. Understanding the Policy

    By placing an order with MyHobiz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return and refund policy. You also agree to indemnify MyHobiz, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your breach of this policy or your misuse of MyHobiz products.
